この商品はテールランプが電球である【40ソアラ】と【全世界の前期型sc430
】に適合します。sc430の LEDテールランプ へ交換した時に点灯する玉切れ警告灯を消灯させるために必要な抵抗＆配線コネクターキットです。
テールライト本体は商品に含みません。
接続はランプ側コネクターと車両側のコネクターの間に挟んで繋ぐだけなので超簡単です。
抵抗値や配線方法など何も考える必要はありません。
一般的にランプバルブの代替抵抗は手で触れないぐらい熱くなりますので、この商品では熱伝導性に優れたアルミ板により熱を放出します。アルミ板のサイズは100mm×300mmです。
設置場所はトランクルーム左右のトレイの下で、そこは最も熱の放出と安全性に優れた場所です。そこに置くだけで完全にフィットします。
（製作ロットや個別製品毎に一部仕様が異なる場合がありますが品質に変わりはありません。またアルミ板表面に制作過程で防げない傷が付いていることがありますのでご了承ください。)
車両のコネクターは下側のコネクターがブラケットで車両の金属部分に固定されています。（場所は写真を参考にしてください。）両側の内装パネルを全て外すのは大変なので、両側のパネルを開いて、隙間からクリップリムーバー等を差し込んでコネクターを外してしまった方が簡単です。
製品の開発段階でテールライトを点灯させブレーキを３０分踏み続ける実証テストを行い、配線の加熱などが無いこと、アルミ板の放熱効果により過剰に加熱しないこと等、安全性を確認しました。
すべての製品は抵抗値の検査と配線の導通検査を行って完成としています。

This product is compatible with earlier sc430 models around the world whose tail lights are bulbs.
This is a resistor and wiring connector kit required to turn off the bulb warning light that comes on when you replace the tail lamps to a later model sc430 LED tail lamps.
The taillight body is not included in the product.
The connection is super easy, just sandwich it between the connector on the lamp side and the connector on the vehicle side.
There is no need to think about resistance values or wiring methods.
Generally, lamp resistors become too hot to touch, so this product uses an aluminum plate with excellent thermal conductivity to dissipate heat.
The installation location is under the tray on the left and right sides of the luggage compartment, which is the location with the best heat dissipation and safety. Just put it there and it will fit perfectly. The size of the aluminum plate is 100mm x 300mm.
(Some specifications may differ depending on the production lot or individual product, but the quality will not change. Please note that there may be scratches on the surface of the aluminum plate that cannot be prevented during the manufacturing process.)
The lower connector of the vehicle is fixed to the metal part of the vehicle with a bracket. (Please refer to the photo for the location.) It is difficult to remove all the interior panels on both sides, so it is easier to open both panels and insert a clip remover or similar tool into the gap to remove the connector.
During the product development stage, we conducted a demonstration test in which the taillights were turned on and the brakes were pressed for 30 minutes, and we confirmed the safety of the product, including that there was no heating of the wiring, and that the heat dissipation effect of the aluminum plate was effective and that it did not overheat. .
All products are tested for resistance and wiring continuity before completion.
