This helicopter is a BELL UH-1B BIG iroquois which is one of the most meticulously crafted UH-1 models. It is unused and still in the process of being assembled. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm its operational status as it is being sold in its current condition.

Notable features include a large sliding door for easy refueling and starting. The tail drive system uses a shaft drive connected from the upper main frame, minimizing power loss. The tail design allows for inspection and adjustments, and the top cover opens for convenient mechanical adjustments or part replacements.
The helicopter is equipped with a YS engine and an external plug. The engine does rotate, and it features a shaft starter. The white urethane paint is already applied.
While it’s currently unfinished, this model can be used for display, room decoration, or even as a collector’s item. Note that it does not come with a pilot or crew helmet for the rear section. The tail remains temporarily secured with a two-part screw arrangement, and the line color is created using cutting sheets, which may peel off. Feel free to customize the paint to your liking, perhaps in a Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force (JGSDF) style.

■大きな開閉式スライドドアで給油や始動も楽です。
■テール駆動はメインフレーム上部からタイミングベルトで下げて接続し駆動ロスを減らしています。
■テールは点検、調整できるように開閉式に作ったのでかなり凝っています。
■更に上部トップカバーが開くように作りましたのでメカの調整や載せ替えも楽です。
