1974年〜1976年製のヴィンテージ・フェイザー「Maestro MP-1」の出品です。現在では非常に希少なコレクターズアイテムとして知られる一台です。
本機は動作確認済みですが、プラスチック製のバッテリーホルダーが欠品しております。
外観はヴィンテージ機材のため、使用に伴う細かな擦り傷や経年によるダメージが見られますが、年代を考慮すると比較的良好なコンディションを保っています。オリジナルの風合いをしっかり残しており、ヴィンテージらしい雰囲気があります。
独特のウォームでアナログ感あふれるフェイザーサウンドは、現代の機材ではなかなか再現できない魅力があります。コレクション用途はもちろん、実用機としてもおすすめです。

1970年代中期製、Maestro MP-1 Phaserのオリジナル個体が入荷いたしました。
当時のアナログ設計によるフェイズ回路を採用し、現代のデジタル／リイシューモデルでは再現しきれない、滑らかで立体感のあるモジュレーションが特徴です。
そのサウンドは、いわゆるフェイザーの名機として知られるMXR Phase 90やElectro-Harmonix Small Stoneと比較しても、よりナチュラルで有機的な揺れ方が印象的で、原音との馴染みが非常に良い点が特長です。過度なエフェクト感を出すのではなく、サウンド全体に奥行きと空気感を付加するタイプのフェイザーです。
また、1970年代のロック／ファンクシーンにおいては、David GilmourやEddie Van Halenをはじめ、多くのギタリストがフェイザーをサウンドメイクに取り入れており、本機も同時代の空気感を色濃く感じさせる一台です。

The pedal has been tested and is fully functional; however, the plastic battery holder is missing.
As expected for a vintage piece, there are minor scuffs and signs of wear from age and use. That said, considering its age, it remains in relatively good condition. It retains its original character and has a strong vintage vibe.
The phaser produces a uniquely warm, richly analog sound that is difficult to replicate with modern equipment. It is highly recommended not only as a collector’s piece but also as a practical, usable effect.

Featuring an analog phase circuit design typical of the era, it delivers smooth, three-dimensional modulation that modern digital or reissue models struggle to fully reproduce.
Compared to classic phasers such as the MXR Phase 90 and Electro-Harmonix Small Stone, this unit offers a more natural, organic sweep that blends exceptionally well with the dry signal. Rather than producing an overly pronounced effect, it adds depth and air to the overall sound.
In the 1970s rock and funk scenes, many guitarists—including David Gilmour and Eddie Van Halen—incorporated phasers into their sound. This unit strongly captures the sonic character and atmosphere of that era.
