白磁に青の石紋風の文様が施された、趣のある茶道具です。

箱書きに「中瀬戸 茶巾筒」とあります。
作風から 江戸時代の瀬戸焼と思われます。

It is a tasteful tea utensil made of white porcelain decorated with a blue stone-pattern style design.
